Refund & Returns Policy

Last updated: 09 September 2025 — We aim to make returns simple and fair while safeguarding product hygiene and quality standards.

1. Return Window & Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, panties and bodysuits are non-returnable if tried on or if the hygiene seal is removed.
  • Gift cards and final sale items are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Non-returnable & Limited-return Items

  • Customized or personalized items (if offered).
  • Bundles must be returned with all items included.
  • Free gifts must be returned if they were part of a promotion tied to the returned item.

3. Return Process

  • Contact our support team with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
  • We will provide return instructions and the return address.
  • Packed items must be securely sealed to prevent damage in transit.

4. Refunds

  • After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we shipped a defective or incorrect item.
  • If your bank or payment provider applies fees or conversion rates, these are outside our control.

5. Exchanges

For faster service, return the item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement size or color.

6. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item

  • Report issues within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect/damage and packaging.
  • If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund, including reasonable return shipping where required.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account, then contact your payment provider; processing times vary.
  • If you still have not received a refund after our confirmation, contact us again with your order and refund reference.

8. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is faulty or incorrect, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend a trackable service; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

9. Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to monitor and limit returns in cases of suspected abuse (e.g., excessive wardrobing, repeated “not as described” claims without evidence).
