1. Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take longer; we’ll do our best to keep you informed.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
- Standard and, where available, expedited options are shown at checkout with real-time pricing.
- Free standard shipping for orders over €50. Orders below: flat €4.99 (unless otherwise stated).
3. Delivery Estimates
- Standard delivery within Europe typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on destination.
- Remote areas may experience longer transit times.
4. Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to reflect the carrier’s first scan.
5. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately—changes may not be possible after dispatch.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For deliveries outside your domestic region (if applicable), customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are assessed by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.
7. Failed Delivery & Returns to Sender
- If a package is returned due to failed delivery (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed), we can re-ship it once additional shipping fees are paid.
- Alternatively, we can refund the order minus original shipping costs (unless the initial shipping was free by promotion, then the actual cost may be deducted).
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost in transit, contact us; we will open an investigation with the carrier.
- For damaged items, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
9. Shipping Restrictions
We may be unable to ship to certain locations due to carrier limitations, sanctions, or force majeure. If your address is affected, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative or a refund.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, pandemics, or carrier disruptions).
